Reparations Stakeholder Authority of Asheville

RSAA is a Black led institution rooted in Asheville and Buncombe County that advances reparative justice by confronting and dismantling systems that have exploited and devalued marginalized populations. We reimagine reparations as a practice of liberation, returning resources, voice, and power to communities who carry both historic harm and the wisdom to repair it. Our work shifts power and reorders systems to produce lasting change through an integrated model spanning housing stability, economic and workforce development, education, health and wellness, cultural restoration, and civic participation. When systems are fragmented, communities are pushed out. When aligned around lived experience and community leadership, long term stability becomes possible. www.rsaasheville.org
